Note:This trick is not working in UP East

Requirement for this trick is:

Idea 3g enabled sim
Zero balance
APN: Internet
3G modem
Hxvpn windows software

Do the following steps-

Download Hxvpn for window
Connect your modem with APN:Internet
After connected connection open Hxvpn (Run Only Adminisrator)
First delete all files from Hxvpn config folder(C:\program files\Hxvpn\Config)
Copy and paste downloaded files in Hxvpn config folder(C:\program files\Hxvpn\Config)
Hit connect you wll see that vpn has connected

Important: Try with 3 or 4 times to connect

Trick:
1. Activate Idea 3G [ Ask CC for Help Regarding This ]
2. Activate a small 3g pack [ Fist Try Below steps with Zero balance ]
3. Connect with Internet with APN : internet
4. Download PD Proxy : http://www.pdproxy.com /download.htm , FinchVPN https://www.finchvpn.com /download/ , SandwichVPN http://www.sandwichvpn.com /download/
5. Login to your account or create a new its totally free.
6. Go to advance setting Set UDP PORT : 49200 , 49201 , 49202 , 49203
7. Now you have Done all the process Just connect Your Modem or Mobile With Idea internet(apn- internet) setting.
8. After connecting Modem or mobile Click on the Connect Button on Pd proxy , FinchVPN , SandwichVPN software.
9. Now wait to connect Pd proxy , FinchVPN , SandwichVPN when it’s show Sucessfully conection message ,you are ready to Surf Free NET
For Mobile users you can use Droid Vpn for the same port or any supported vpn.
